Damaged Products during Transportation:

Free Shipping:
Delivery is free for orders with an amount before taxes greater than $75 to Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Labrador. For Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia, the minimum amount is $100. For Nova Scotia and orders to the Territories, the minimum amount is $200.
Returns and Refunds:
- We do not offer a money-back guarantee for our products.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damaged products during transportation, and only upon receipt of proper proof (such as a photo) within a reasonable timeframe.
Payment:
You are responsible for ensuring timely payment for all products or services ordered online.
